This service is perfect for those who require timber that matches exact specifications or need specialised cuts that aren't readily available off the shelf.

If you need a custom timber profile or need to match an existing pattern, our profile matching and moulding service is the solution. We can machine nearly any profile in a wide range of timber, ensuring a perfect match for your project. Using our in-house profile cutter, we can create new profiles or alter existing stock patterns to meet your requirements. This service is ideal for restoration projects, bespoke designs, or when you need a specific timber moulding that isn’t commercially available.

Prepare your timber for painting with our in-house priming service. Using our Palmer Vacuum Coater, we apply a single or double coat of water-based primer, complete with a knotting agent, to your timber. This process ensures that your timber is ready for painting as soon as it reaches the site, saving you time and ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish. Please note that this service is subject to a minimum order of 200 metres.
